2022-2023  FEES - Exchange Students participating in Study Abroad Program

Exchange students who reside on campus for one academic year (September-April) can expect to incur approximately $13,000 (Cdn) in expenses. The costs below are reflective of one full academic year (September-April); costs for one semester only would be half of that indicated below.

Residence Fees

Student Meal Plans 
Students living on campus are required to purchase a dining plan.  Click here for more information regarding campus dining at Acadia and meal plan options.

Residence Students - compulsory; Off-Campus Students optional (tax exempt) - Unlimited Dining
Plans range ............................................ $5072 - $5675 
*When Residence Life provides students with their room assignment, students will be prompted to select a meal plan [Room assignments are often made very late in each term].  If students do not select a meal plan they are charge by default the "7 Day Unlimited" meal plan.  Students have until September 30 [Fall Term] and January 31 [Winter Term] to decrease the meal plan.

Commuter Plans - Off-Campus students only - non-refundable (taxes included)

Commuters can select meal plans by contacting  Acadia University Dining.

Books 
This expense will vary on the number of courses and program of study. This expense cannot be charged to your Student Account.  Information on pricing for new and used books is available through the Acadia Book Store
