Apply to Acadia on Exchange
IMPORTANT: Exchange students should not apply using the regular admission application on our "Apply!" page, which is for degree-seeking students only. Application to the exchange program must be made through this website.

Admission Deadline: Acadia has a rolling admission policy; therefore there is no deadline for application. However, exchange applications must be received in time to allow the student to attend new international student orientation. IMPORTANT: Exchange students that submit the exchange application and application for on-campus residence before May 31st are guaranteed housing for the Fall Term.
Application documentation: For each exchange applicant, we require:
- Official letter or email nomination from the home institution confirming the student's participation in the exchange program
- Academic transcript
- Copy of Passport
An application fee is not required.
Admissions: Application material can be sent by email to Michael Holmes, the International Admissions and Exchange Officer, at michael.holmes@acadiau.ca, or can be mailed to the Acadia University Admissions Office at the address below:

NOTE: If the application materials are sent by email, we do not require the hard copies to be mailed.
Acceptance Letter: Students accepted to Acadia University will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from the Admissions Office. This letter can be used to apply for necessary immigration documentation.
