Faculty Testimonial

To me, participating in international learning opportunities ...

"is an unbelievable chance to experience life outside of Canada and Acadia in a way that contributes to your education and degree, and allows you to immerse yourself in a completely different world. To me, there’s no better way to enrich your university experience than to travel abroad!"

My first impression of the partner institution was ...

"that it is a beautiful campus with really amazing amenities, in a vibrant neighbourhood of Athens."

Acadia students will benefit by ...

"experiencing Greek culture firsthand, within a great, supportive, multi-lingual campus community. Studying abroad in Greece will bring the ancient world to life and will allow students to understand how relevant the fields of History and Classics still are today."

My advice to students is ...

"get involved in as many opportunities as possible – explore, ask questions, find ways to get experience outside of traditional campus life."

Do I require a visa?

ACG's Office of International Student Services guides students through the visa application process. Once a student has been accepted to ACG, they must submit the documents listed in the detailed Student Visa Application Instructions. When all documents have been received, ACG will obtain approval for a visa on the student’s behalf. Once approved, the Office of International Student Services will send the student the paperwork they will need to submit to their local Greek Consulate.
