2025-2026 Application Process

ATTENTION - For Prospective Outbound Exchange Students (Semester 2, 2024-2025 Academic Year):

Are you late to the party and just learning about Acadia's exchange program? Are you keen to study abroad during the 24/25 academic year but have realized the application period is already closed? You're in luck! Acadia's Exchange and Study Abroad Office is offering a second application period for students interested to attend the following exchange partners:

  • Al Akhawayn University, Morocco (5 Semester Places)
  • Bridgewater State University, USA (5 Semester Places)
  • City University of Hong Kong, China (8 Semester Places)
  • Doshisha University, Japan (2 Semester Places)
  • Eastern Connecticut State University, USA (2 Semester Places)
  • HSBI, Germany (2 Semester Places)
  • ICN Business School, France/Germany (No Maximum)
  • Lund, Sweden (2 Semester Places)
  • NMBU, Norway (2 Semester Places)
  • The American College of Greece, Greece (1 Semester Places)
  • Universidad de la Rioja, Spain (10 Semester Places)
  • Université de Tours, France (3 Semester Places)
  • University of Oldenburg, Germany (No Maximum)
  • Wiesbaden Business School, Germany (9 Semester Places)

Your full and complete application must be submitted by Wednesday, September 4 at 11:59pm AST to be considered. Approved applicants will be invited to an in-person group interview on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM in the Wong International Centre. If you are not available to attend the group interview, please email globallearning@acadiau.ca to schedule an one-on-one interview (either in-person or virtually).

  1. Letter of Support
    • Completed & signed by someone who can speak to why you are an excellent candidate for this program (E.g. Elder, Professor, community member, employer or other).
    • Signed by your Academic Department Head
      • File Type Accepted: PDF (.pdf)
      • File Name Format: LastNameFirstName_UniversityName_LetterOfSupport_2024-2025.pdf

  2. Online Written Application
    • 25/26 Application Opens - Wednesday, November 13, 2024
    • 25/26 Application Closes - Friday, January 31, 2025
  3. Group Interview
    • Thursday, February 5, 2024 @ 5:30pm - 7:30pm
